Health and Wellness Medical Services are very proud to offer our new Behavioral Health service. Offerring a comprehensive collaborative care model, encorporating a Psychiatric Provider (Psychiatrist or Psych NP) as well as a Behavioral Health Coach and Primary care Provider. For a set time per month (billed once to your insurance and generally covered after deductable and copay) we can offer remote/phone as well as in person services per patient, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk support, Medication management and more.
