Health and Wellness Medical Services are very proud to offer our new Behavioral Health service. Offering a comprehensive collaborative care model, incorporating a Psychiatric Provider (Psychiatrist or Psych NP) as well as a Behavioral Health Coach and Primary care Provider. For a set time per month (billed once to your insurance and generally covered after deductible and copay) we can offer remote/phone as well as in person services per patient, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk support, Medication management and more.
