Lauren Adams, FNP-BC

Lauren is a board certified family nurse practitioner from Culpeper, Virginia. She obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing from James Madison University, Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Marymount University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from University of Mary Washington.

Lauren has experience working in the emergency room and the intensive care setting where she developed a passion for preventative and holistic care. During her time in the intensive care unit, she provided care for patients with complex neurological conditions and participated in complex plan of care decisions.

Lauren utilizes this experience as she strives to help patients discover health and happiness in all aspects of their lives.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter on their farm in southern Culpeper.
