Stay Home!
If in contact with someone who has tested positive to covid-19, it’s important to quarantine yourself for 14 days while monitoring closely for symptoms and signs of the virus. Do not go to work, school, or in public areas during that time, even if you feel healthy. If you need to seek medical attention, make sure to call ahead and ask about precautions and regulations for your personal safety and the health of others. Wear a face mask when you go as well.

Wear a mask.
Face coverings around others are essential to reducing the spread of COVID-19, especially to vulnerable populations such as the elderly or those with underlying conditions.
Limit contact with others
If possible within your home, stay in a separate bedroom, and use a separate bathroom.
Wash your hands often, especially after a cough or sneeze
Use soap and warm water, scrubbing for at least 20 seconds. When soap and water aren’t available, use an alcohol-based (70% or higher) hand sanitizer.
Cover your mouth or nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze
Then dispose of it immediately.
Don’t share personal household items
These items include bedding, towels, dishes, utensils, and cups.
Disinfect daily
Use household cleaners, disinfectant wipes, or sprays to clean areas. High trafficked areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, doorknobs, phones, remotes, and computer keyboards are important spots to clean often.
